I graduated from ICS in 2020 after completing my internship. I learned many skills, such as hotel-room deep cleaning, culinary arts, fine dining service etiquette, and soft skills such as elevated customer service and guest communication etiquette. Additionally, I participated in CSR projects under ICS, including the 'Momom Fest' for my final year project, where we successfully collected donations for Rumah Orang Buta Tuaran.

During my 10-month internship, I developed essential skills in Food and Beverage service, Culinary Arts, Housekeeping, for 6 months. Front Office operations, and Sales for 4 months. I also had the opportunity to participate in several short training sessions at Hyatt Regency Kinabalu and Hilton Kota Kinabalu, which further enhanced my knowledge and expertise in the hospitality industry. This experience has equipped me with a well-rounded understanding of various departments, preparing me for a successful career in this.
